Refund eligibility depends on the promoter's policy for each event. If an
event is cancelled or postponed, you'll receive an automatic refund within 5–7 business days.
For other circumstances, head to your account dashboard and select the order in question — if

No. The price displayed on the event page is your final total. We include
all booking and service fees upfront — there are zero surprises at checkout. What you see is
exactly what you pay.
All tickets are delivered digitally to your registered email and are
accessible via your Eventify account under "My Tickets." Check your spam folder first — if
they're still not showing up within 30 minutes of purchase, contact our support team and we'll
sort it immediately.
Yes — ticket transfers are available for most events directly through your
account dashboard. Some events have transfer restrictions set by the promoter; these will be
clearly noted on the event page at time of purchase.
